Complex food additive "Hunting sausages" is a complex mixture with spices for semi-smoked and cooked-smoked sausages. The quality of the mixture allows you to be sure that your meat product will turn out perfect. .

Ingredients of the additive: Sugar, black pepper (ground), white pepper (ground), allspice (ground), garlic, E301 (sodium ascorbate), spice extracts.

The mixture is added at the second phase of minced meat cutting (minced meat temperature 0 - 6°C), evenly distributed over the surface of the raw material.

Dosage 2.5 - 5 g per 1 kg of minced meat.
