Processing of meat products can also take place by coating, spraying or immersing the products for a few seconds. Only shells can be processed: soak them for 10-20 minutes. Thus, the shelf life of products will increase many times.
Additive E 202 is one of the most soluble preservatives. 138 mg of potassium sorbate can be dissolved in 1 liter of water.
